The following stylized example shows what each field in a BookNote is about. Not all BookNotes have all fields.
If a hand appears when you roll over an area in the example below, further help is available -- just click the mouse. If you're still confused, e-mail me. The entry [none others exist] means that no other variations in that style were made up through 1974. A dash in a list (for example 5 - 9 or b - e) means that all styles in that range are accounted for: So 5 - 9 is the same as 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and b - e is the same as b, c, d, e. A single dash ( - ) in a field means that no confirmed examples have been reported. |
