From the FAQ:

Are any second edition copies worth
more than first editions?

That's hard to answer. Most ML collectors seem to want only first editions, which tends to drive up the price of firsts over later editions. But many collectors place higher value on the following titles in later editions because of their scarcity:

Auden: Selected Poetry (with the statement "Second Edition")
Gissing: New Grub Street
Hart: The War in Outline
Huneker: Painted Veils
Stendahl: Charterhouse of Parma
Sudermann: Song of Songs
Wilde: Picture of Dorian Gray w/De Profundis (#1 on Dj spine)
