DJ Back Style b Variations

Five versions of this style have been reported, covering 1918 - 1926.

Keep in mind that jacket styles often appear much later than their "in print" dates—ML wanted to use up old stock, and sometimes they failed to update jacket data. Also note that date overlaps can exist.
