Copies of this title in binding styles 14 & 15 have a sequencing error in the list of ML titles at the back: The list begins with titles G through Y and Misc. followed by the standard ML heading plus titles A through F.

The 1996 edition changed the introduction and added both a list of characters and an editorial note.
